The story behind
Anaïs discovered Jean-Sébastien's work through "PHANTASMS OF THE LIVING,” which won an award at PIFFF. His films possess a rare visual beauty, delving into a raw and visceral cinematography. She then proposed collaborating on another short film, and through their conversations, the idea for "The Wolf and the Pussycat" was born—a delicate work, tinged with mystery, exploring a taboo while avoiding the salacious. The film secured a pre-sale from France 2 and was notably selected for Off-Courts Trouville and the Unifrance Prize.
